NetSuite has completed its $200 million acquisition of Bronto Software and will be using the opportunity as a stepping stone to develop more efficient solutions to drive forward business transformation for organisations.
The company will combine Bronto Software's cloud-based omnichannel commerce and marketing automation tools with NetSuite's SuiteCommerce cloud-based omnichannel commerce platform into one unified solution to help businesses engage with their customers and build loyalty with brand advocates.
The two will then work together to deliver the companies' existing client base including Armani Exchange, Timex, Trek Bikes, GoPro, Roku and Virgin Media with improved point-of-sale, ecommerce and call centre commerce strategies, NetSuite explained.

Bronto's co-founders Joe Colopy and Chaz Felix will continue in their roles as CEO and COO, respectively, but they will now be employed by NetSuite.
