There is a debate as the whether ERP as SaaS actually costs more in the long run than keeping it in-house. The picture is complicated, depending on how big you are and how long you want the service for, but some say that even if it does cost more, the benefits can make it worth it. When it comes to integrating your financial and accounting systems, CRM, inventory, manufacturing and sales - providing flow between those functions – to have real-time information available on any device in any location gets a lot of companies’ votes.
