Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Florida, Citrix is a Nasdaq-listed multinational corporation which provides computing services in the cloud, including server and desktop virtualisation, Software-as-a-Service, open source products and networking. The company has data centres around the world including the UK, India and Australia. It acquired XenSource in October 2007 and offers Xen’s open source hypervisor.
