Collaboration

Good collaboration tools can change meetings from talking shops to productive workplaces. With real-time visible input to documents, progress can be made immediately and if this is done within the cloud, then colleagues can contribute from anywhere without expensive infrastructure. This is becoming more of an issue as home-based working increases and travel becomes less attractive from a cost and environmental point of view.

Day to day document sharing can come with discussion threads, whiteboards and group editing as well as version control and revision mark-up.
