CRM
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, which is a company’s strategy for managing and reviewing interactions with their customers and planning their future interaction, strategies and campaigns. Some cloud providers specialise in CRM applications, software and platforms which their customers use to manage their data, review and project sales and plan marketing campaigns. CRM is often seen as a discrete project that serves as a stepping stone for companies looking to take their first step into cloud computing.
