The cloud has an obvious place in document storage, with endless capacity, but online tracking, searching, retrieval and editing are now in demand.

Cloud-based services offer all of this with easy browser access from anywhere on any device.  Ad hoc use of such software however is causing some organisations a headache as it can scatter information as people share it online without following their employer’s guidelinesP: enterprise-level cloud-based systems could be the answer.
