ERP

Enterprise Resource Planning is a software system which tracks and produces data relating to an enterprise’s activities to help a company manage important parts of its business. Such applications can be used to manage inventories, interactions, customer service, purchasing and billing, human resources and even finance. The market for ERP has traditionally been dominated by Oracle and SAP, the former has been slow to move to SaaS delivery, while SAP has been slowly moving to this model – there are however companies like NetSuite who are making greater strides towards SaaS delivery.
